Sofia Castro Fernandes

Sofia Castro Fernandes is the author of “às 9 no meu blog”, one of the most widely read and followed blogs in Portugal. A regular presence on television, radio, and podcasts, she speaks passionately about her writing and the personal and organizational development topics she explores in the companies where she works as a consultant. With a degree in Law and postgraduate studies in Marketing Management and Positive Psychology, she is a guest lecturer at ISEG and has worked for over 20 years as a trainer and human resources consultant.
